Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

With our food line 'the Epic Slow Food' we are setting new standards in regional cuisine. 

Do you have a talent for sales and are you able to show your expertise from aperitif to digestif? Then we need you! We are looking for a Chef de Rang for your Michelin-starred restaurant: 'Dahoam.' JRE Andreas Herbst and his young Good Life kitchen team stand for passion, diversity and attention to detail, through it, earning multiple prestigious awards, including a Michelin star, the green Michelin star and 4 Gault & Millau toques. 

Tasks

  • You independently organise your station, from mise en place to billing. 
  • You are motivated and work diligently as part of our team. 
  • Your expertise in fine dining impresses guests and helps you provide excellent advice on beverage and wine selection. 
  • You play a supportive role to our sommelier and you have strong wine knowledge. 
  • As a sales talent, you are confident from aperitif to digestif. 
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge with commis, apprentices and interns.
